2012 Awards Application

Deadline for applications:  May 11, 2012

 
·  You must be a member of the ISICR to apply for all awards except for the Pestka Awards.  You may submit an award application and then apply for membership.  New Post-doc Fellow applicants:  A 3 year membership commitment is required. 


·  Except for the Pestka Awards, applications will NOT be considered unless you are an active member or have applied for membership. 


·  An individual can only receive one award in any one year.


Abstract submission is mandatory prior to completing this award application.  The abstract submission number is required on the application. If you haven't submitted your abstract, please click here to go to the Abstract Submission site.

The nominations will be collated, and passed on to the Chair of the Awards Committee. This committee will then vote for the winners. As specified in the ISICR Constitution, the final vote of the Awards Committee is subject to the approval of the ISICR Board of Directors.

Letter of recommendation from your advisor is mandatory for all other awards.  Letter on electronic letterhead with e-signature is preferred.  MUST be in PDF or MS-Word format.  Award applications (except Travel Awards) will not be processed without this letter.
