"THE INTERFERON ANNIVERSARY MEETING"
FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT
 The Annual ISICR
Meeting will take place in 2007 in
the historic city of Oxford, UK.
This will be a special occasion for
the Society as it will mark the 50th
anniversary of the discovery of
interferon by Alick Isaacs and Jean
Lindenmann.
The Interferon Anniversary
Meeting will take place from 16th
- 19th September 2007. There
will also be a one day History of
Interferon pre-meeting on 15th
September 2007, for which separate
registration will be required.
The scientific sessions of The
Interferon Anniversary Meeting
will be held in the prestigious
Oxford University Examination
Schools. A wide range of posters and
commercial exhibits will also be on
display throughout the meeting.
The meeting will provide
opportunities to celebrate the
discovery of interferon, to review
the many important scientific
developments founded on interferon
research, together with successful
clinical applications of interferons,
and to catch up with all the latest
developments in the field. Several
distinguished interferon
researchers, leading scientists and
clinicians from all over the world
have agreed to participate in this
event. |
